When not to use it?
AllergyThis medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to amlodipine, other calcium-channel blockers, losartan, or any other angiotensin receptor blockers.Aliskiren
Coadministration of aliskiren and this combination of medicine is not recommended due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects. This risk is especially higher in the elderly population and in patients with diabetes and kidney diseases.
